Hello! My name is Lorena
Lorena is the manager of Amadora restaurants in San Remo and Arma di Taggia.
From 2019 to the present, one could say that she has grown so much that she has doubled herself, so great are the responsibilities and work she takes on.
For her, too, as for the whole Amadora family, one thing has pulled the other, and without even realizing it she has gone from being a simple runner in the local Sanremo restaurant to becoming the manager of two restaurants in two different cities.
Perhaps because she loves to write short stories and reflections in her spare time, she is someone who digs deep into meanings: for her, “waiter” means more than just bringing dishes. It means making yourself available to others, getting to know them, and, most importantly, changing over time.
In Amadora’s story she sees a great choral novel, whose protagonist is always the customer.
