Hello! My name is Greta
Greta is the manager of the Amadora restaurant in Bordighera. By nature, she is a time-waster-since she started working in the restaurant business when she was only 16 years old-even though she loves to set aside a few quiet moments to read a good book.
Much of what she has learned, however, she owes to Marianna, who takes her under her wing while still very young in the restaurant in Ventimiglia.
She spends a busy summer there, where Greta learns from all the roles-from runner to room to kitchen, she becomes a living part of Amadora.
When that summer is over, with the experience of only one season, they have realized that they are made for each other: they ask her to become manager of the restaurant in Bordighera.
No time should be wasted, right? That’s how you can find her today in the restaurant she manages chatting with customers, always ready to learn from them and meet their needs.
