I started in 2015 as a runner, and within a few months I became the manager of the first Amadora. The challenge was getting tougher but the stakes were getting higher, and it was only thanks to the company’s trust that I was able to take over – little by little – all the Amadora restaurants.
After all, this is our company philosophy: to welcome all those who have a desire to grow and are not afraid of the challenge of responsibility.
