Hello! My name is Marianna
Marianna is the manager of the Amadora restaurant in Ventimiglia.
Until 2020 she was working in a bar in her town, and only by chance ended up having lunch in one of Amadora’s restaurants. She was immediately struck by the energy, enthusiasm, and sincere smile that the guys showed in their working hours (“and the food was really delicious!” cit.).
Then she began to wonder if that place could use someone, perhaps, a waitress or a bartender, with little experience but a lot of desire to learn and improve. Why not give it a try?
Within three years Marianna became manager of that same restaurant, where she learned that the real product to sell to the customer is not found on the menu: what she is looking for is a moment of happiness and kindness, and that is what catering is for, first and foremost.
Even today, when a new person joins the team, she puts her whole self into conveying this new value, while being the same girl who loved being around people and listening to loud music.
